YBN Cordae is quickly becoming one of the hottest names in hip-hop. After releasing two viral remixes, the Maryland native stopped by Mass Appeal to give an interview on Open Space.

Cordae addressed a number of topics including his name change,  how he perceives the “new generation” of rappers and meeting YBN Nahmir.

“Everybody linked up over the XBox, on Grand Theft Auto,” he said. “That’s how everybody meets and connects nowadays. I guarantee 70% of the contacts in your phone, you met them on some Internet shit at first.”
