Just a few weeks ago, YBN Cordae sprung onto the scene with a remix to Eminem‘s iconic single “My Name Is.” A member of the same collective as Nahmir and Almighty Jay, the young rapper made headlines due to his traditional, lyrical style.

Following a performance at Rolling Loud in Miami, Cordae has returned with a remix to J. Cole’s song “1985,” an alleged diss towards Lil Pump and Smokepurpp. The song is titled “Old N*ggas,” and certainly takes aim at the ignorant members of an older generation.
