Every so often when indulging in music there’s a voice so wonderful that it stops you blunt in your tracks, leaving to give the respect of an uninterrupted listen before a listener is able to move forward with your prior moment. These kinds of rare moments have come from the Denver songstress Yasi, and she has done it again with her cover of Fleetwood Mac’s ”Dreams.” It’s a brave move to try to stand in the shoes of the iconic Stevie Nick’s and sing one of her songs, but Yasi absolutely bodied this roll and knocked it out of the park from start to finish. “Dreams” is only the second release we’ve been blessed with from her this year following another great listen with her spring release of “Issues.”
