San Francisco artist Westerns is back with a marvelous new track titled “30000” that shows off a variety of his skills, both vocally and from a production standpoint. The instrumental is held together with a breezy guitar riff with subdued production in the foreground that is nicely accented with autotuned harmonies, giving the track a futuristic feel alongside the quaintness of the acoustic guitar. There is no doubt in my mind that Westerns will continue to pump out wonderful tunes as the year goes on.
