We are almost a week removed from the release of Vince Staple’s Prima Donna EP, and today we get the Prima Donna short film. The film does a great job at following and playing out the themes Vince talks about in the EP. I’d suggest listening to the tape before watching the video, but makes this short film work so well is that Vince portrays the side of being a celebrity that most people don’t think about, and the stress that comes from it.
