Trejo is a new artist for me and he's one of the refreshing ones that don't come around every day. Brought in through our submissions, this Jersey rapper brings a Latino perspective to the northeast and does so in a way all his own. In a way, you could say dude is "Married To The Game" as his song title suggests. His delivery is dope, laid back in a way you can only be with confidence in craft and he handles a few different schemes with ease from front to back. It's a whole vibe that he takes to a new level by handling the crossover of rapping and singing, never feeling like he's going outside himself to do so. "I was chosen by the hustlers, you were chosen by the lames" is a pretty straightforward comparison that underlines his straightforward delivery and sensibilities.
