Towkio is absolutely insane. The Chicago native approached his new album “WWW” with the ‘overview effect’ in mind (the out-of-body sensation astronauts get when they view the earth from space for the first time), and will experience the feeling for himself this evening as he travels 10,000 feet towards the edge of Earth’s atmosphere in a helium balloon to unleash the new project.
