Kendrick Lamar kicked off his nationwide tour last night in Glendale, Arizona in support of his fourth studio album “DAMN.” The tour will make 18 stops across the country throughout the next month and features special guest performances from Travis Scott & D.R.A.M.
Live from the Gila River Arena in Glendale, K Dot kicked off his month-long journey with one hell of a performance. Lamar is introducing extravagant stage production for the concerts including an illuminated platform raised above the crowd, as seen below. Not to mention, the crowd seems to be more interactive than ever as footage depicts the sold-out audience singing along to “Humble” for an entire minute, filling the arena with positivity. Travis Scott also continues to prove his worth as an live performer, delivering a radiating performance atop a goddamn bird to open the show.
