The southern songwriter makes his alternative debut

Welcome to The Purple Room, the debut album by the eccentric rapper TERRENCE615. In this colorful body of work, we find the artist letting us in to his conscious and reflecting on his upbringing in an inviting yet vulnerable way. Over the course of 6 months, TERRENCE began collaborating on the album with engineers at the East Nashville studio, Altru Creative. It was during this time that he was able to create his most intuitive conceptual body of work to date. Being that the artist is just now getting his feet wet, this is the ideal introduction for any new listener.

Growing up right outside of Nashville, TN and briefly moving to Sarasota FL in 2015 TERRENCE reflects on moments and realizations from around that time and up until this very moment. All of which helped him blossom into the individual we hear throughout the album. Over the various pictures painted by each track, everything discussed is used as a reminder and a bookmark in the artist’s own life. Raised in a conservative home, the artist melts this together with his views, questions, and creativity for something truly refreshing and vivacious.
