In only two releases Rahli has already made an incredibly strong impression on me, from his grimy subject matter to his unorthodox slobbering delivery, nothing about Rahli is regular and absolutely nothing is inauthentic. Hailing from the incredibly violent city of St. Louis, Rahli’s music is exactly how I would imagine this area to feel. You can sense the savagery and desperation in his delivery and his videos are charisma packed. “In and Out” is a great new addition to the young artist’s growing catalog and I am very eager to watch his continued growth.
