Indiana spitter Samron Agnew continues his ascension with his newest track “REWIND.” Samron has built a nice cult following and internet buzz since his 2017 growth in popularity due to his song “ILoveWhiteBitches”gaining popularity while he was locked up. Samron has a tremendous flow and several cadences in his bag, and two of my favorites was used on this most recent track. He punches the last word of each line with a crescendo, effectively also placing the most emphasis on his more clever or intricate portions of each bar.

He also showed another flow at his disposal on a track with running fades where he employed a highly aggressive shouting pattern that was quite reminiscent of early XXXTentacion. With several flows to run with and an adeptness at creating clever lyrics, it seems that Samron might become a household name any day now.
