Headling the festival along with Wilco is Chicago’s own Chance The Rapper.  In addition to Chance there are some other dope hip hop / rap acts like Freddie Gibbs & Madlib, Vic Mensa, A$AP Ferg, Vince Staples, Run The Jewels, ILOVEMAKONNEN and more.
