Richmond, VA artist and producer Peter $un is not new to creating eye-catching and catchy songs with visuals. He's appeared on our pages plenty of times for his lyrical versatility and unmatched charisma. Today, he teamed up with Oakland-bred rapper Guapdad 4000 for "100 Proof." Teaser: the song is a none short than a summer smash hit.

“My collab with Guapdad was a product of a drunk night in the studio. Me and Lasik [my producer] were playing around with the idea for the record,” Peter $un explains. “This was our last song of the session after like five demos. After we made it, I knew we needed Guap on the second half so we sent it to him and he ended up loving it.”

“100 Proof” serves as the third single off of Peter $un’s forthcoming album and is accompanied by a hilarious animated video featuring both artists. Created by talented artists Farrah Fawx and Paul Salibe Jr., it captures the artists in an alternative universe filled with cool aliens as they swim in a glass of lemonade while going bar for bar with each other.
