Missouri isn’t really known as a powerhouse for hip-hop, but Oliver Francis is making that beautiful shit that we love, and we appreciate him for it. His most recent release is a full 10 track EP entitled Chlorine, and it’s probably his best work to date. He self produced the entire project, and you can really see how good Oliver is at both rapping and at producing, because it just sounds cohesive and beautiful the whole way through.
