Fresh off his latest collaborative project with fellow Jersey rapper Gu Mitch, Retch is back with a video for his song “Dead Friends.” Over the slow-burning, head-knocking instrumental Retch goes to work with a more subdued and monotone flow than normal, but it is every bit as potent nonetheless. I can’t wait to see what else Retch has up his sleeve this year, as he has a full slate of releases scheduled for the remainder of 2019.
