Mikey100k decided to use his melodic vocals and talent to reflect on the loss of a close friend of his with new visual “we was.” He details the time they spent in the streets and chasing a bag before his boy passed away. Now, he lives his life to the fullest and doesn’t waste any time, in an effort to truly celebrate his friend’s memory.

The track was produced by Yung Tago and the video was courtesy of the shooter, Matt Zaitz. Mikey100k, straight out of Raleigh, has been grinding hard and never is shy about opening up, but it’s certainly touching to see such vulnerability on display.
