It seems there are a few directions that every aspiring artist can travel in. Some choose to embrace bars and lyrics, while others only focus on the energy and ad-libs of the track, while trying to cripple car speakers all over America. Others are just mere fake sad, carbon copies of Lil Peep, but perhaps the most intriguing is the auto-tuned flows that produce some unbelievable melodies.

Marcelo certainly fits the latter. “Feels the Same” is a marvel of melody. Its melancholy tone mixed with the layered vocals creates an interesting display of emotion. This was a fun listen and Marcelo seems to be an artist to keep your eye on in the near future.
