Rising Atlanta artists Mal & Quill have been on a wave for the past few months, going from underground sensations to artists on the brink of a major breakout in 2019 as the year draws to a close. Their latest video for “What’s Happening” is a tuned up new offering from the dynamic duo.

The instrumental courtesy of 808 mafia finds the two trading bars over a synth-laden production. While the two have certainly come a long way in recent months it’s clear that they haven’t forgotten their roots as they continue to keep true to themselves.
