Following his lyrical tour de force effort with the Not Dead Yet! collaborative EP produced by legendary hitmaker Statik Selektah earlier this year, New York MC Lou From Paradise is creating a new lane for himself to charge down with his new “Crash Dummy” offering.
Lou From Paradise links up with burgeoning producers Jacobi and Kountdown for his block party anthem “Crash Dummy” visual single, which captures Lou's recklessly dope steez as they skirt around the Big Apple blowing stacks and causing mayhem.
Along with "Crash Dummy" and his project with Statik Selektah, this year has been an extremely productive one for Lou, yielding several noteworthy moments.
One of Lou's major 2020 accomplishments would easily have to be his contribution to the film soundtrack of keynote Wu-Tang Clan member RZA — who released his gritty crime thriller Cut Throat City last year.
Additionally, Lou From Paradise has increased his lyrical reps tenfold this year, most recently providing a fiery appearance on New Jersey rapper Ransom’s Heavy Is The Head album.
In an exclusive Instagram live interview with DROPSMEDIA last week, Lou discussed working with RZA on the film soundtrack last year and how that lead to an upcoming feature with Method Man and more.
