Long Beach California native HeyDeon recently released a 10 track project, “FOUND”, that trims the fat and gets straight to the point. Deon is learning who he is while trying to figure out what’s his purpose in life. His monotone delivery doesn’t take away from his passionate hard-hitting rhymes, it actually gives another dimension to the soulful and uptempo production. The production on this project is outstanding, it even has an appearance from Portland native and one of our favorites QuicklyQuickly. With different artists coming out the LBC like the vocal and frank Vince Staples, HeyDeon definitely shows potential to be the balance that his city needs. Who knows he could be the next big thing within his city, and even beyond that.
