New York born artist Lil Tjay shares the music video for “Forever in My Heart” a tribute to his late friend “Smelly” who was stabbed to death in 2016. Catchy hook aside, the message is the best part of the song easily relatable to anyone who has lost someone close. Paired together with the familiar instrumental produced by ADELSO which samples R&B singer Giveon’s 2020 hit “Heartbreak Anniversary” this track along with it’s thought invoking visuals make it a solid product in my eyes.
