Lil Wayne has unfortunately had a lot of his music locked away at the hands of Birdman, but he apparently has a new album on the way soon entitled Funeral. It comes after much back and forth between Wayne and Birman’s camps regarding his music, most notably Tha Carter V, which was lowlighted by a threat to retire from Weezy.

Thankfully, it looks like we will get at least one more official album from the Young Money millionaire, as he announced during an interview on The Nine Club with Chris Roberts—though with a title like “Funeral,” there’s an obvious negative connotation behind it that fans have to consider. The reality is, this very well may be the last project we get from him.

For now, let’s hope it’s just a title and not the end of Lil Wayne’s professional music career. You can watch his full interview below.
