It’s only been a few days since its release, but Kodak Black‘s new album Dying to Live is already making plenty of noise. Following an eventful week including some contentious moments, on-air at Hot97 the Sniper Gang general has once again cemented his status as one of the most prolific emcees in the game.
The album has plenty of standout tracks including “MalcolmXXX”, the sobering release honoring the late XXXTentacion, but perhaps its most melodic offering is the infectious “Gnarly” featuring Lil Pump. The video finds the two Florida emcees trading melodies over an energetic instrumental that highlights each artist’s unique vocals. Additionally, the visual finds both stars in full costume as a couple of “Suburban Dudes”, an obvious allusion to a previously viral clip of Kodak stating that he’s a “Suburban” now.
Hope you enjoy this one as much as we did. Press play below.
