Following her earlier single, “Messed Up,” from upcoming sophomore EP Anthemoessa, rising teen artist KIITA shares a new one totady titled, “Temptation,”. It’s a departure, stylistically, from “Messed Up,” but it retains her artistic exuberance and penchant for vulnerable themes.
Topics of suicide, addiction, and anxiety are outlined throughout this effort, and, as minimal production starts the track, the words are left bare to really sink in. Toward the end of the song, KIITA pairs with a piano to create a rousing conclusion, and a powerful feeling is left as a result.
Give a listen to this one, and watch for more from Anthemoessa before its arrival next month.
