One day as I was scrolling on Tik Tok per usual, I came across a clip of Hailes previewing this song called “Not Perfect”. I immediately knew it was a banger because of the hook. I was one of many commenters begging for the link. She hadn’t dropped it yet, so I waited and here we are with it finally out! The song dives into a deeper meaning of imperfection in relationships. We always hear heartbreak songs from the person that got their heart broken, but never from the person that broke the heart. To be honest, they have feelings too and I always wondered what a song like that would sound like.
