Born in Newburgh, New York but taking root in Sunnyside Queens, singer-songwriter Aaron Knight first experienced music at a very young age listening to The Notorious B.I.G’s "Mo Money Mo Problems". He’d soon realize that music would take him places that he wouldn’t even think of. Fast forward today, he's coming off the heels of successful visual efforts such as "SWIM" and "Next 2 You," which collectively garnered over 2 million YouTube views.

This week, Aaron unveils the visuals for his latest single, "I Tried." The surefire track is produced by BeatzbyDB and directed by fellow New Yorker, Chri5. The three-minute visuals open up to a speedy cop chase before transitioning over to Aaron and his respective partner getting into an aggressive argument, hence the song title. "Don't wanna play no games, baby you know I speak facts / If I said it, then I mean it, I ain't taking that back," he sings. Check out the music video for "I Tried" below.
