In festive holiday fashion, Drake told a crowd during a Sunday performance at Unruly Fest that acclaimed dancehall artist Popcaan is now officially a member of the OVO Sound team. The announcement follows a massive year for both artists as Drake’s appreciation for international music has been well-documented.
The two have also shared some history of collaboration with Popcaan appearing on the outro of “Know Yourself” and also surfacing on a leaked version of “Controlla”.
