Texas native Dende makes his ELEVATOR debut after he submitted his single “Slow/Steady” for our consideration.  “Slow/Steady” is the first we have heard from the young mc but it is part of the dense and well-rounded body of work that his DrkMttr mixtape. He takes pieces from his influences (Frank OceanJameses Blake, and Chance The Rapper) but is able to keep a sense of self that  got our attention and helped him stand out from the crowd.
