Indie R&B/Pop singer-songwriter Gen Bello has released “Dear Mom” — her latest single available on all streaming platforms on July 9th. Her third single since June, Gen Bello’s star is rising as she continues to showcase new sides to her versatile musical artistry and gain thousands of monthly listeners on Spotify.

Written by Gen Bello and produced by moedoisnice, “Dear Mom,” her most vulnerable track to date, is a loving tribute to thank her mother on her birthday.

"When I first started writing, I always had it in mind that I wanted to write something special for my mom. My mom is the most important person in my life,” Gen Bello says. “My mom is the most selfless, loving, hard-working person that I know. She inspires me to keep pushing forward towards my goals/dreams. She's really special to me, so I'm releasing this song on her birthday. I wanted to share one of my greatest joys in life (music) with the person that brings me the most joy (my mom).”

Gen is expected to release more singles under this new name in the coming months, leading up to a new project in 2021.
