Indiana native Danny Cisco has released his new single “Splash.” The dance and soul influenced record takes strides in the path of both Mac Miller and Anderson Paak, while incorporating melodies similar to that of Syd of The Internet. The sample-free record was produced by Cisco himself, alongside frequent collaborator Juno Adonis and fellow “Indianer” Omar Apollo, who goes back and forth with Cisco in a left-of-center string section. With a catchy hook, infectious melody, and lighthearted nature, “Splash” might be the perfect song to kick-start your summer.
