Cook Thugless releases their first song of 2020, “Most Pit,” a production of dirty beats and rap with teeth grinding anger. The independent hip-hop group rose from the basement scene of New Brunswick, NJ in 2012, and are taking this year to produce the epitome of trap music. With a drop so powerful that it feels threatening, Mosh Pit electrifies the scene of any party, encouraging manic behavior. The music video exemplifies this. In-between party scenes and creepy lighting, it combines the feeling of being at a frat house with the thrilling violence of any good Tarantino film. The group is set to play at Monty Hall in Jersey City on May 1st, and again in D.C. 23 days afterward. While the world awaits normalcy, Cook Thugless continues to share content.
