BROCKHAMPTON, BROCKHAMPTON, BROCKHAMPTON… What are music listeners to do when the output from this many people operating as a boyband is this consistently on-brand and yet wildly liberal and expansive? Dance, I guess. Or rap along. The new song from BROCKHAMPTON, “Boy Bye,” is a masterclass in ridiculousness and breath control, two things which are objectively good when paired together. There is also basketball, indicating ball is indeed life.

The video was directed by Spencer Ford and was produced by Jon Nunes, Weston Freas, and Kevin Doan. The photography was directed by Ashlan Grey. Vocal effects were done by producer Kevin Doan. Henock Sileshi edited and colored the video. Jakob Longcob manned the grip, and Nick Lenzini assembled the wardrobe alongside producer Weston Freas.

GINGER is out August 23rd, 2019.
