Last week Dayton, OH rapper Boofboiicy toyed with a new, slower flow, but has returned to his usual pace on this Noir Brent and Uglyfriend produced banger. His typical sound features quick monotone lyrics that are almost disinterested at times, and grow more nonchalant as his songs progress. However, his energy is supplied through is remarkable ad-libs that supply ample excitement for his verses.

This clash of tones makes for an amazing dichotomy and takes Boofboi’s flow to new heights.  Icy has built up all the necessary traction to explode onto the national scene in the near future. He has teased fans for weeks with the possibility of a new EP dropping, but it seems we will have to just wait and see.
