Last year, genre bending Atlanta singer/rapper iLoveMakonnen released his I Love Makonnen EP, and exploded skyward with his volcanic hit “Tuesday,”. Not long after Makonnen signed to Drake’s OVO Sound label. Today, he released his OVO debut, the sequel to that first ep with iLoveMakonnen2. If you had any doubt’s Makonnen would come anywhere close to his first ep (we didn’t) this project with subdue all doubts. From start to finish, this offering is catchy and full bodied.
