When Ski Mask The Slump God suggested that we check out Eliozie‘s new single, I had no idea what I was in for.
“Word” is the Israeli 22-year-old’s first release in over a year, acting as a follow-up to “MFA,” which saw a massive amount of success overseas in Russia back in 2016. Produced by JAZ and featuring a verse from INDFRNT, the hit-bound single is a product of Eliozie’s friendship with Post Malone. “I was staying at Post’s house and met Jazzy Eff (the producer),” he tells Elevator. “And then I met INDFRNT through him, when he came to Austin’s.”
Eliozie’s involvement in music started at a young age but was only pursued recently, after his business got off the ground. “I’ve done music as a hobby since I was 12 and I’ve been super into it but never pursued it until now,” says the Los Angeles/Dallas-based creative. “I own an LLC called Antihacker on the side, which is how I know so many people in the industry right now. I’ve been a behind the scenes guy. To this day, I protect over 20 high profile clients’ social media accounts.”
With determination and an endless skill set, Eliozie is on track to become one of the most-talked about artists of 2018. Stay tuned for his debut album later this Summer, and catch him on tour right now with Lil Xan.
