Atlanta-based rapper Scutti just dropped a brand new track titled “Pill.” Featuring an easygoing set of courtesy of ArkadeStvtion, the rising emcee laces the instrumental with some impressive, laid back vocals and delivers a dope track with a rather hard-hitting sound. This cut will be featured on Scutti’s forthcoming mixtape, which is yet to be titled.
