On Tuesday evening, Lorde‘s Melodrama World Tour took over the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. In addition to her usual setlist, the New Zealand superstar payed homage to Kanye West by performing covers of “Love Lockdown” and “Runaway.”

“Thanks Chicago! It must be nice to come from the same place as Kanye West,” she proclaimed to the sold out crowd.
