Gunna shared his wealth in new “Baby Birkin” visual and, quite frankly, I’m mad I missed the casting call. The 2019 XXL Freshman dropped the video earlier today which features Jordyn Woods as the protagonist.
“Baby Birkin” appears on Gunna’s most recent album, Drip or Drown 2. Y’all know, the one with the funny-looking cover of him literally drowning in drip. The album released back in February and reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart—the first in his career.
While I’m not sure if Gunna and Jordyn genuinely have a friendship or not, I love that she is at the forefront of this video. Not only because of the shit she has endured by a family of women who shall remain unnamed, but because it is nice to see a black woman looking elegant and not shaking her ass in a rap video for once. Aside from the drama tied to Jordyn’s name, she continues to flourish as the black queen she knows she is. Gunna gave her another platform to do just that.
I’m still waiting for him to ice me out but feel free to peep the video below.
