It seems like the entire underground was anxiously anticipating the suspected jail-release of Xxxtentacion yesterday. If you’re not familiar with the situation, Xxxtentacion is serving is second jail stint after allegedly assaulting is allegedly pregnant ex-girlfriend. X maintains that this isn’t true, that his ex faked it as some form of revenge and he was trying to stay out of trouble and focus on his music while on probation. Regardless, dozen’s of people showed up in the Broward county courthouse including X’s producer Rojas who snuck his phone in and Instagram lived streamed the activity. Unfortunately January 19th did mark the release of the young star and the reason for that will undoubtably piss off even non-xxxtentacion fans. Apparently, according to Rojas who as on the scene, the judge assigned to Xxxtentacion’s case was M.I.A.. He simply did not show up. The stand-in judge, not knowing any of the details of the case, moved to reschedule the hearing to a later date…. a whole 2 months later. Whether Xxxtentacion is guilty or not, having to sit an extra 3 months in jail, due to the absence of a judge, wasting tax payer money, seems pretty fucking stupid. Hopefully X’s case gets moved up as his fans are eagerly awaiting his release.

On that note Rojas relayed a message to us from X saying he needs your help to get him on the radio. call your local radio station and request “look at me”.
