Saturday Night Live has announced their lineup for January 26th and it appears that Meek Mill is set to perform for the first time on the illustrious show. Meek’s album Championships released in November to widespread acclaim from fans and critics alike. Since Meek’s release from prison in April of last year the embattled emcee has become a loud voice in calling for social justice and prison reform. Perhaps he’ll use the late night platform as an avenue to discuss some of these pressing issues. It’s also likely that he brings out Drake for a performance of “Going Bad” which currently sits at #21 on the Billboard Hot 100. So mark your calendars and feel free to skip past the James McAvoy portions of the show to get to Meek’s performance.
