DMV emcee LB199X makes his debut on our pages with a fantastic new project titled I Thought About It. His first project of 2019 this project is a follow-up to his 2018 album Black Matter.
On this introspective project, the thoughtful lyricist raps about his life discussing the passing of his grandmother, the struggles of being a recording artist, and his relationship woes. He reflects on some of his lowest moments but remains optimistic. He passionately raps his quest for truth and answers to the adversity life has cast his way. Lucid and descriptive, his lyrics don’t have to wordy or complex to resonate strongly. His voice is confident and self-assured even as he ponders his thoughts.
