Stones Throw Records has always helped uplift some of the more unique voices in the music community. One of the label’s more recent additions, Los Retros have an addictive nostalgic sound and some intriguing instrumentation. Their latest visual offering for “Friends” is infectious in its simplicity. Anchored by a simple guitar progression and some subdued lyrics, the track is an earworm of a listen that’s sure to find you running the song back once over.
