This afternoon Kid Cudi appeared in LA on Power 106 to discuss and promote his new album, Indicud, which drops April 23rd.  During the interview with Yesi Ortiz and DJ Felli Fel, there was a discussion about the exclusion of G.O.O.D. Music labelmates Kanye West, Big Sean, Pusha T, Common, etc. from his forthcoming LP.

To everyone’s surprise (including most of G.O.O.D. Music), Cudi announced that he will no longer be working with Kanye West’s label for ‘creative reasons’ but insists there is no beef.  He also suggested he needs more time to build his own label, Wicked Awesome Records, which includes the promotion of friend and rapper, King Chip.
