London’s rap collective House of Pharaohs sits firmly at the front of the UK’s rapidly exploding hip-hop scene, bolstered forwards by their diverse styles and unique talents that each artist possesses and they are able to masterfully blend these together without any missteps, which is no small feat for a rap crew. The group recently teamed up with fellow London act Nyge on an EP and have been running through a series of visuals for this project.

Aside from the rapping proficiency, the creative team behind House of Pharaohs is excellent, as each visual is crisp and gives a great look at each artist, as well as the city they call home. “2008” is a melodic single featuring several artists delivering their respective verses. I really enjoyed this track and will not be surprised at all if House of Pharaohs is the next big rap collective known worldwide.
