Rising singer-songwriter Dimitri McDowell just dropped his latest effort, “Come on Time.” The R&B ballad is none short of impressive. His previous works include writing songs for Usher, Chris Brown, and more so penning hit records is not hard. On “Come on Time,” Dimitri delivers a song just on time for the holidays as he confesses his love for a partner on the rack.
