Young Bullard better known as 1-800-Bull is an up and coming Broward County, Florida artist who has been adding his flare to the souths music scene as of late. His sound is unique – although some have compare it to JuiceWrld. The emerging act is already gaining recognition locally, as well as in Atlanta, and also having performed at SXSW in March of this year. I feel he has so much more to offer in the near future. Dead or Sum summarizes a very relatable message. A message of, “you doubted me so now I’m gonna keep growing, watch”. The song was produced by 808 Nate (produced for Kodak Black and YNW Melly) and the visuals were shot and edited by Kevin Mora.

Earlier this year I had the pleasure of frequenting Nehr Studios in Fort Lauderdale, Florida – a creative atmosphere like no other where several different rappers such as YNW Melly, Jackboy from Sniper Gang and many more have graced the studio with their presence. I was fortunate enough to sit in some of his recording sessions and he would freestyle a song in 5 minutes or less.
