Cory Grindberg is a Electronic Producer/Beatmaker that got his start in Minneapolis, MN, where he honed his skills in the local hip-hop scene with the likes of Bobby Raps and Dj Tiiiiiiiiiip.  He later moved to Chicago after receiving a full-ride scholarship to the prestigious Northwestern University for Jazz Bass Performance.  Shortly thereafter, Grindberg co-founded the production team CHAD, who would go on the produce for some of Chicago’s top rising stars in SABA, Tink, Lucki Ecks, and Anthony Pavel.

Now, Grindberg is stepping out on his own with his first official release as a solo artist entitled, “Clockman.” The track is a brief excursion into the mind of Mr. Grindberg, featuring crackling percussion, face melting bass, and eyebrow-raising lead synths.  Expect more music from Grindberg in the coming months.
